A phone trade-in is when you hand over your old device and receive cash or credit towards a new one, based on its model and condition. Whether you want to sell your phone in Singapore for cash on the spot or trade in towards a new or refurbished device, both routes are treated equally here.
Every quote starts with a free valuation, and you're never obligated to accept it. We confirm the figure after a quick inspection, before anything changes hands, so you know exactly what you're getting before you decide. If you'd rather sell your phone outright for cash or PayNow, that's just as straightforward as putting the value towards an upgrade.

Screen Condition
Cracks, deep scratches, burn-in, and dead touch zones all reduce the offer. Light surface marks usually don't.
Battery Health
Sets above 90% hold value, while 80% to 89% see a small drop. Capacities below 80% see reduced offers, since the battery will need replacing before resale.
Body and Frame Condition
Dents, bends, and heavy edge wear affect the offer more than most sellers expect.
Model and Storage Size
Newer models and larger storage hold value better. The calculator prices each combination separately.
Original Box and Accessories
Having the original box, cable, and unused accessories can lift the offer.
Cracks or Liquid Damage

Can I sell a phone with a cracked screen or a faulty battery?
Yes, you can sell a broken phone here at an adjusted price. Cracks, battery issues, and liquid damage are assessed case by case, and we'll tell you the figure before you decide.
How do I get paid, and how quickly?
After a quick check, choose cash on the spot or PayNow. You can also take the value as store credit towards a new or refurbished device.
Do I have to buy a new phone to trade in my old one?
No. You can take cash or PayNow and walk away, or put the value towards a new or refurbished device if you'd rather upgrade. Both routes are treated equally here.
What do I need to do before trading in my phone?
Bring your phone, the charger and box if you have them, and your NRIC. Identity and IMEI are recorded under the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act, so remember to sign out of your iCloud, Google, or Samsung account first.
How long does the valuation take?
Most valuations take around ten minutes in-store. We check the model, condition, battery health, and completeness of accessories before confirming your figure.
Can I trade in a phone that is not fully paid off or is still locked?
Please check with us directly, since this depends on the carrier and the specific lock in place. Message us on WhatsApp with your device details and we'll confirm what's possible.
What happens to my data after I hand over the device?
Every device is fully wiped and factory reset once the trade-in is confirmed. Do sign out of your iCloud, Google, or Samsung account before you hand it over, so the reset goes through cleanly.
Do you collect the phone from my home?
Yes. Islandwide doorstep pickup is available for a flat S$30 fee, with MRT meet-ups also an option if that's more convenient for you.
Which brands and models do you accept?
We take iPhone, Samsung, OPPO, and most other major brands, including older models. If your device isn't listed, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do, including responsible recycling for very old sets.
