What warranty does my device come with?
New devices are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty, typically 12 to 24 months depending on the brand. Refurbished devices sold by Mobile Life include our ML100 guarantee — a 100-day warranty on hardware and workmanship, with no registration required. Check the product listing for the warranty that applies to your device.
Do you offer island-wide delivery?
Yes. We deliver across Singapore. You can also collect your order from any of our six stores island-wide. Delivery options and fees, if any, are shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
New devices are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased — please inspect your device carefully at collection. Refurbished devices are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged within the ML100 warranty period if a hardware fault is confirmed during in-store inspection. Exchanges are for devices of equal or higher value only.
How are refurbished phones checked before sale?
Every refurbished phone goes through our 100-point inspection across ten stages — battery health, screen quality, network connectivity, and more. If a device does not pass every test, we do not sell it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayNow, and other payment methods shown at checkout. For in-store purchases, cash and PayNow are also available.
