Are the prices on this page final?
Prices shown are indicative and based on a standard repair for this device model. Your final quote is confirmed after a free in-store diagnosis, once our technicians have inspected your device.
Is diagnosis really free?
Yes. We offer free repair diagnosis with no hidden fees. Bring your device to any Mobile Life store or book an appointment, and our senior technicians will assess the issue before you commit to a repair.
What warranty do you offer on repairs?
Repairs carried out by Mobile Life are covered under our ML100 guarantee for 100 days from the date of service. If a hardware or workmanship issue related to the repair arises within that period, we will fix it for you.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes. You can walk in to any of our six stores during opening hours for most common repairs — no appointment needed. Booking ahead is recommended if you have a preferred time slot or a more complex repair.
